Since the Shop Hack Skoda has been retired Diesel Doris has arrived to take it's place as Shop Hack at Mosta Hill, she's a Turbo Diesel, big, white........ refrigerator?!?!?!?

Time is not always good to us, some age slowly, some quickly, some have surgery and that is what the DP Race Tech Shop Hack Skoda is in seriuos need of, rust and neglect has caused her to look sad, used and abused, the choice was finding someone that could do the welding and getting the girl back in shape again but sadly I have decided it's not worth it, sorry baby! Now what will happen no one knows, it's talk about Hood Ride it, someone want to buy it but for now the Skoda will stay at Mosta Hill....

A Vespa moved in....

As I said earlier the Vespa disease is spreading, wine & spirits guru Ingela found an ad for a 84 Vespa PK 80, it did not run but looked OK so she bought it on the picture and the other day she came over to show off her find she calls Marängen, we went to Hot Rod Max for some of his mechanical wizardry, he kicked and pushed to start it but no go, sat down and looked at it and said: Woodruff Key, the flywheel was removed and sure it was broken, replaced it and kicked it over 3 times then Max looks at Ingela and ask did you remove the key?? It started on the first try after the igniton was turned on. Looking closer it had a Polini 125cc cyllinder, Polini reed intake with Dellorto carb and a Polini "banana" exhaust so the Vespa turned out to be one hell of a buy....

On da beach...

Spending a couple of days at Österlen for some R & R, soaking up the rays, going for a swim and just kickin' back, Tuseday it's back to the grindstone again...

Lately I have been surfing some brand specific bike forums and the conformity, single/simple mindedness and cult warnings have made me go through the roof, I just had to go through all the pix I have saved on several USB stix to find these two, I feel they pretty much speaks my mind about it all. If I remember right they are both from Church of Choppers ....

The Vespa disease is spreading....

I have had it for quite a while now, Bro Hot Rod Max also has it and good friend the wine & spirits guru Ingela has also caught the bug, I made her ride a 09 Vespa LX 125 at Scooterpremiären and all she's been talking about since is: I must find me a Vespa!!!! She already has a Phillipe Starck designed Aprilia Moto 6.5 but the urge to own a classic Vespa was overwhelming and today she called: I got one!!!! I bought an 80's Vespa P 80!!!! I am a Scooteristi!!!!! I feel the need, the need for vinyl mods boots!!!!
