Sadly today GM decied to close down Saab, one of the three Swedish car manufaturers still left standing. I have owned a couple of turbo charged 99 & 900 and I liked them alot, one 900 Aero Turbo Cabriolet landed me 3 days in Las Vegas, Carson County Jail for reckless driving and excessive speeding. What if they had kept the Sonett line of cars going, a Swedish Corvette.....
Yesterday Mosta Hill got hit with around 50 cm of the white stuff, spent almost 2 hours last night shoveling it around to get out, to the workshop and garbage can. It looks great and makes it feel more Christmas than ever....
Finaly went to pick up the Yz 490, turns out it's not an 85, it's an 83 (just like my YZ 125) wich means drum brakes front and rear and the exhaust on the other side but it aso turned out the seller had an old Yamaha 125cc that he needed to get rid of so into Diesel Doris both went and after unloading at home.... 
Enzo decided the 125's "a pretty good parts bike"....
Now I have to go parts hunting, always the best part of a project, the 125 tank will (most likely) be used and with the XR 750 tail I feel I'm onto something here.....

Christmas is closing in on Mosta Hill sadly no snow yet but a bunch of gifts, Dee-Dee is getting a nose job, new headligt and some. I traded som Ducati parts for a XR750 tail for the YZ 490 Street Tracker project and the nice guys over at Blood Falcons sent some cool stickers for my latest favorite helmet a No Fear Day of the Dead. Ginger bread Vespas has been baked so now I just have to sit down and wait for Miss Santa to drop by and drink a couple of Arga Tomten....
It's that time of year again, the MC Show in Milano has opened it's doors and since not beeing there I have been surfing around looking for the good stuff, alot of prototypes as usual and Moto Guzzi hit the floor hard with a bunch of concepts, two of them real nice futuristic bikes and one a retro cafe racer that looks ohhh sooo right. Aprilia Dorsoduro Factory another cool dark V-Twin as is the XR1200 X but the coolest of them all, BMW's 6 cylinder concept, I'll have one please....
One of those awesome Swedish fall days, Saturday off work and decided to clean out the workshop at Mosta Hill and make some space for a couple of new Winter Projects, the YZ 490 is to be picked up next week and I might have scored a "full race" motor for it, we'll see, a set of Kawasaki mag wheels have been traded for a moped tune pipe from Indian Guru Benny. Dee- Dee Ducati will get her last outing tomorrow if the weather stays as nice as today. Now I can again have a beer with my bikes at night without having to climb over a ton of junk....
